Sydney Sweeney Says People Hated Her ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Character for Interfering With Nick and June’s Relationship

Sydney Sweeney performed Eden in season 2 of The Handmaid’s Story, which premiered on Hulu in 2018. Sweeney’s character Eden was married to Nick Blaine (Max Minghella) as a younger teenager, showcasing the horrors of Gilead and additionally appearing as a roadblock to Nick’s relationship with June Osborne (Elisabeth Moss).

Sydney Sweeney is aware of some followers of ‘The Handmaid’s Story’ didn’t like her character

‘The Handmaid’s Story’ will return for season 5

On the upcoming 2022 Emmy Awards, Sweeney acquired nominations for Excellent Supporting Actress in a Drama Sequence and Excellent Supporting Actress in a Restricted or Anthology Sequence or Film for her roles in Euphoria and The White Lotus, respectively.

Whereas Sweeney has moved on from her supporting function as Eden, The Handmaid’s Story has continued as some of the widespread authentic reveals on Hulu.

Season 5 of The Handmaid’s Story will premiere on Hulu on Sept. 14.
