“When what happened to Cory happened, I just was sick for days. Honestly, just sick,” she stated. “It’s just so prevalent. It’s everywhere. It’s worse than when we were young.”

Nicks additionally reached out to Monteith’s co-star and girlfriend, Lea Michele.

“I had the pleasure of having Miss Stevie Nicks call me when Cory passed away and she was so wonderful,” Michele informed MTV. “She sent me the most beautiful letter, as well a necklace that was hers and a book, a beautiful book of pictures.”
