“I do have a dog that he, like, very much loves,” Gina explains to a lawyer in a clip (through Instagram) from the upcoming episode. “So he can’t, like, come after me for my dog, anything like that? … Because he’s offered pretty high sums of money for the dog. So that’s probably the only thing that we might have trouble with.”

Gina’s lawyer says she has handled canine custody instances previously. However as a result of Gina had Hank for a number of years previous to her eight-week marriage, it appears like custody shouldn’t be a difficulty.

“I would just recommend that you keep the dog in your possession,” the lawyer advises Gina. “They are saying within the authorized subject that possession is 9/10ths of the legislation, which implies that if he takes the canine, then you definately’ve received an uphill battle to attempt to get the canine again.

Clint from ‘Married at First Sight’ is considering getting his personal canine

Regardless of Gina’s chat along with her lawyer, it doesn’t appear doubtless that Clint will attempt to dog-nap Hank.

“Hank is Gina’s dog,” Clint informed Married at First Sight consultants Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Cal Roberson on Choice Day. “I mean, she came into the relationship with the dog. She’ll continue to have Hank.”

“I hope I remain in his life in some capacity because I really do love that dog,” he added.

That stated, Gina informed the consultants that Clint had supplied $10,000 to purchase Hank.

“I’ll try whatever I can,” he stated, laughing.

Whereas Gina didn’t chew on Clint’s five-figure supply for Hank, she stated she didn’t have any considerations about her ex-husband spending time along with her canine.

“I’m totally open to that,” she stated. “And I think that’s the wonderful thing about us not having any ill will or hard feelings toward one another.”

If something, Clint’s expertise on Married at First Sight has satisfied him that it is perhaps time for him to develop into a full-time pet father or mother himself.

“So, I want to get a dog too,” he informed fellow Nashville forged member Domynique once they met up within the present’s Could 31 episode. “Because Hank was just a good foray into getting back into the whole dog thing.”
