Coldplay and BTS will drop a new single referred to as “My Universe” at midnight EDT on Sept. 24. Main as much as the tune’s launch, Coldplay and BTS have shared a number of teasers about “My Universe.” In a single of the latest teasers, followers can preview a nice deal of the tune’s lyrics.
Coldplay teased the lyrics of their single with BTS
On Sept. 23, Coldplay tweeted out a picture with multicolored writing on it. It seems the writing on the graphic is the lyrics of “My Universe.”
Some of the lyrics included on the graphic are:
- “You are my Universe / And I just want to put you first”
- “And they said that we can’t be together / Because / Because we come from different sides”
- “You, you are / My Universe / And I, Just want to put you first/ And you, you are / My Universe / And you make my world light up inside”
- “In the night I lie and look up at you / When the morning comes I watch you rise / There’s a paradise they couldn’t capture / That bright inside your eyes”
- “My Universe (do do, do do) / My Universe (do do, do do) / My Universe (do do, do do) / (You make my world) / You make my world gentle up inside / (Make my world gentle up inside)
The picture Coldplay tweeted additionally reveals 5 totally different units of the tune’s Korean lyrics. Some of these lyrics are intermixed with the English phrases, “Never ending forever baby,” “When I’m without you I’m crazy,” and “We are made of each other baby.”
Coldplay and BTS each wrote the tune
Coldplay initially introduced Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook of BTS have been collaborating on “My Universe” on Sept. 13. The band revealed extra details about the single on their official website. The announcement on Coldplay’s web site reveals that each Coldplay and BTS participated in writing the tune, and “My Universe” options lyrics in Korean and English.
The announcement reads:
“The band have today announced their much-anticipated collaboration with BTS. My Universe will be released on September 24th.
The track, sung in both English and Korean, was written by Coldplay and BTS and produced by Max Martin. It is available to pre-order / pre-save now, with a CD single also available to order, at myuniverse.coldplay.com.
My Universe is the second single to be taken from the band’s forthcoming album Music Of The Spheres (out October 15th).”
‘My Universe’ could have a music video and documentary
Parlophone Information is Coldplay’s report label. On Sept. 22, Parlophone Information shared a release schedule for “My Universe” on Twitter.
In line with the tweet, a lyric video for the tune may even be launched at midnight EDT on Sept. 24. On Sept. 26 at 8 a.m. EDT, a documentary referred to as Inside My Universe Documentary will premiere.
The tune may even have two remixes, “Supernova 7 Mix” and “Acoustic Version.” Each remixes will drop at 7 p.m. EDT on Sept. 26.
Whereas a lyric video will accompany the preliminary launch of “My Universe,” Parlophone Information’ tweet reveals an official music video will arrive at an undiscolosed date.
